Examples of Calculation Date Report in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided by the Board, any of the Grantee's Options which are not otherwise exercisable as of the date on which the Grantee ceases to be employed by, or provide service to, the Company shall terminate as of such date.

  • Payment Date Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(b).
