  • Participating TOs shall be responsible for operating and maintaining those lines and facilities in accordance with this Agreement, the Applicable Reliability Criteria, the Operating Procedures, and other criteria, CAISO Protocols, procedures, and directions of the CAISO issued or given in accordance with this Agreement.
