CAFTA definition

CAFTA means the Dominican Republic - Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement of 2004;
CAFTA means Central American Free Trade Agreement, signed by the Borrower on May 28, 2004 and ratified by the Borrower’s legislative branch on March 3, 2005;
CAFTA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
