Interest will begin to accrue on the civil penalty from the Effective Date of this CAFO.
Respondent admits the jurisdictional allegations in this CAFO and neither admits nor denies the factual allegations in this CAFO.
If the civil penalty is paid within 30 days of the Effective Date of this CAFO, Interest is waived.

In accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 22.18(c), Respondent’s full compliance with this CAFO shall only resolve Respondent’s liability for federal civil penalties for the violations and facts specifically alleged above.
In the event that EPA does not agree that a delay in achieving compliance with the requirements of this CA/FO has been or will be caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Respondent, EPA will notify Respondent in writing of its decision and any delays will not be excused.
