Cafeterias means commercial self-service dining facilities open to the general public that are used in connection with the operation of a destination resort and that are owned and operated by the holder of the USFS Ski Area Term Special Use Permit of the Copper Mountain Ski Area including, without limitation, all storage and food preparation areas related thereto.
