Cafeteria Premises definition

Cafeteria Premises shall have the meaning given that term in paragraph 6 of Schedule "C";
Cafeteria Premises. (ii) "First Expansion Premises" (iii) "Initial Premises" (iv) "Second Expansion Premises" (v) "Swing Space" Accordingly, whenever in the Lease the foregoing terms appear, they shall be deemed to be inapplicable and of no consequence or effect.

Examples of Cafeteria Premises in a sentence

  • If the Tenant elects to do so, the Landlord shall be free to accept or reject the Tenant's offer, it being understood and agreed that the Landlord has no obligation to accept the Tenant's offer or to lease such Cafeteria Premises to the Tenant, whether pursuant to such offer or otherwise.

  • Failure of Landlord to offer such an abatement within the 30-day period shall waive Landlord's option to recover the Cafeteria Premises.

  • The Termination Date of the Lease as to the Existing SPC Premises (less the Former Scopus Premises, the Cafeteria Premises, and the Security Office) and the VLSI Premises shall be December 31, 1995, and from January 1, 1996 to and including the Strategic Sublease Termination Date, the Premises shall include and be limited to the Strategic Premises.

  • The term "Termination Date" shall refer to the VLSI Sublease Termination Date, the Strategic Sublease Termination Date, the termination date of the term of the Original Lease as to the Applied Premises, the termination date of the Original Lease as to the Existing SPC Premises, the termination date of the Original Lease as to the Cafeteria Premises, and/or the termination date of the Original Lease as to the Security Office, as the case may be.

  • If the Tenant elects to include such Cafeteria Premises within the Premises they shall be leased on the same terms and conditions, and at the same rates of Fixed Rent per square foot per annum as that part of the Initial Premises located in One Park Centre (namely, $6.05 per square foot) and the Cafeteria Premises shall become part of the Premises on the tenth business day following the date that the Tenant advises the Landlord of its election.

  • The Termination Date of the Lease as to the Security Office and the Cafeteria Premises shall be September 30, 1995, and from October 1, 1995 to and including December 31, 1995 the Premises shall include and be limited to the Existing SPC Premises (less the Former Scopus Premises, the Cafeteria Premises, and the Security Office) and the Other Sublease Premises.

  • If in the event that the current Cafeteria Premises located on the ground floor of One Park Centre are leased to another party other than the Tenant at the time of the Relocation Notice then the Relocated Premises will be fixtured and built by the Landlord with a kitchen of a size not exceeding 250 square feet and containing therein a sink, cabinetry, counters and electrical outlets as would normally be found within an office premise of similar size as the Relocated Premises.

  • In the period from October 1, 1995 to March 31, 1996 the Landlord shall advise the Tenant of any serious interest expressed by any third party in leasing the Cafeteria Premises and the Tenant may elect to submit an offer to lease the Cafeteria Premises as a result of Landlord's advice.
