Cafeteria Operation definition

Cafeteria Operation means the operation and associated services rendered with regard to functioning a staff canteen / cafeteria that provides for staff to purchase meals from a call-order menu or from a daily variety menu. This also includes for providing snacks and cool drinks on the site;
