CAFE LEASE AGREEMENT definition
CAFE LEASE AGREEMENT means that certain Lease Agreement by and between Licensee, as landlord, and Hard Rock STP (as hereinafter defined), as tenant, whereby Licensee shall lease space within the Hotel/Casino to Hard Rock STP to operate a Hard Rock Cafe, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT B.
CAFE LEASE AGREEMENT means that certain Lease Agreement (Cafe) dated as of December 30, 2003 between Hard Rock STP, as leasee, and Premier, as lessor.
