CADS definition

CADS means, for a particular period, (a) gross revenues for such period (for any future period, calculated (i) using the actual hedged price for future hedged production and (ii) the unhedged price for unhedged production, with the unhedged price being the Historic Six Month Average Spot Price at such time) less (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate of Project Development Costs for such period, (ii) cash Tax Expenses for such period, and (iii) cash Operating Costs for such period, and (c) adjusted for changes in Working Capital over such period (plus any increases and minus any decreases).
CADS means cash flow available for debt service, being EBITDA per vessel less amounts reserved for CAPEX per vessel.
CADS means, for any relevant period, the excess, calculated on a cash basis, of (a) all AEE Revenues received (or, in the case of any future period as of the time of calculation, projected (Pro Forma) to be received) during such period (other than payments made by AEE or any AEE Subsidiary to AEE or any AEE Subsidiary) over (b) all Operating and Maintenance Costs paid (or, in the case of any future period as of the time of calculation, projected (Pro Forma) to be paid) during such period; provided, however, that AEE Extraordinary Revenues shall not be included in AEE Revenues for purposes of any calculation of CADS for any future period.
