CADI definition

CADI means an individual with an Auditory Disability that has been Contacted,

  • No unsatisfied deficiency, delinquency or default for any tax, assessment or governmental charge has been claimed, proposed or assessed against MEDY or CADI, nor has MEDY or CADI received notice of any such deficiency, delinquency or default.
