Cadence Electronic Design Technology definition
Cadence Electronic Design Technology means any Electronic Design Technology that was developed by Cadence or a Subsidiary thereof pursuant to (i) a contract with a third-party customer that was not a customer of the Tality Business or (ii) research and development work conducted independent of any Tality Business project or contract.
