CAD System definition

CAD System means the overall concept or program, including the then-current systems, computers and communication facilities made available to Customer for the purpose of receiving Corporate Action Information and delivering Voluntary Election Instructions or Other Instructions to Custodian by means of the CAD Interface.
CAD System means the combination of hardware, software and services the County utilizes to provide CAD System functionality to Members as described in the System Purchase Agreement Between TriTech Software Systems and Ramsey County, MN, dated July 12, 2013 (pursuant to Ramsey County Board Resolution 2012-313), incorporated herein in its entirety and made a part of this Agreement by reference. The County owns the CAD System hardware and software.
CAD System means the CAD hardware, including server, workstation and network equipment, and CAD software owned by NewCo and located at NewCo’s facilities at Cheong-Ju, Gumi, Ichon and/or Seoul, Korea.
