CAD Note definition

CAD Note means that certain credit agreement, dated as of March 27, 2023, as such agreement may be amended or refinanced, including any agreement(s) extending the maturity of or refinancing (including increasing the amount of available borrowings thereunder or adding Subsidiaries as borrowers or guarantors thereunder) all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or any successor or replacement bank credit agreement(s) and whether by the same or any other agent, lender or group of lenders or creditor or group of creditors, by and among the Issuer, the lenders from time to time party thereto, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, Bank of America, N.A., as syndication agent, Capital One, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd., PNC Bank, National Association and Truist Bank, as documentation agents, and BofA Securities, Inc., Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, Capital One, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd., PNC Capital Markets LLC and Truist Securities, Inc., as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers.
CAD Note means the promissory note of CAD payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 and any note or notes issued in substitution therefor, as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Lead Note means Note A-1.

Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Demand Note means the note issued by the rating authority, in relation to the premises for the purpose of levying non-domestic rates prescribed by Scottish Ministers for the financial year, in respect of which a claim is made under this Determination;

  • Exchange Note means the Closed-End Exchange Note.

  • Convertible Note means an instrument issued by a startup company evidencing receipt of money initially as debt, which is repayable at the option of the holder, or which is convertible into such number of equity shares of such startup company, within a period not exceeding five years from the date of issue of the convertible note, upon occurrence of specified events as per the other terms and conditions agreed to and indicated in the instrument;

  • Note A shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Legended Note means Registered Notes in definitive form that are issued to Institutional Accredited Investors and Registered Notes (whether in definitive form or represented by a Registered Global Note) sold in private transactions to QIBs in accordance with the requirements of Rule 144A;

  • A Note means, with respect to any A/B Whole Loan, the mortgage note (or notes) included in the Trust that is senior in right of payment to the related B Note or any other subordinated note(s) to the extent set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement. There are no A Notes related to the Trust as of the Closing Date.
