CABR definition

CABR when used with respect to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Canadian Alternate Base Rate.

  • If no election as to the Type of Revolving Borrowing is specified, then the requested Revolving Borrowing shall be a LIBOR Borrowing if denominated in U.S. Dollars or Sterling, or a CABR Borrowing if denominated in Canadian Dollars.

  • Each CABR Revolving Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount that is an integral multiple of US$1,000,000 and not less than US$10,000,000 (or the Alternative Currency Equivalent).

  • A commission dispute arising between applicable HBA and CABR members shall be referred to the REALTOR®/Builder Joint Executive Committee for conciliation or resolution in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration.

  • Each Canadian Swingline Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be made as a CABR Swingline Loan and each Swingline Loan denominated in U.S. Dollars or Sterling shall be made as a LIBOR Swingline Loan.

  • Any Member of CABR or HBA who has subscribed to these Guidelines and refuses to comply with these Guidelines, or fails to comply with a finding of the REALTOR®/Builder arbitration hearing panel, shall be subject to disciplinary action by the Board of Directors of the CABR or HBA, as applicable.

  • These guidelines shall be binding upon the members of CABR and HBA who subscribe to them in writing with their constituent organization, and shall remain in effect until revoked in writing and communicated, accordingly, to the respective organization.
