Cable Tray definition

Cable Tray means the spaces and pathways within the Building used for routing cables and ancillary equipment outside the Equipment Space. The purpose of the Cable Tray will be to permit connection of the Telecommunications Equipment to the communications tower on top of the Building. The precise location of the Cable Tray applicable to this Licensee will be designated by Licensor in writing and will be installed only as so designated by Licensor.
