Cable Runs definition

Cable Runs means any land over, under, on or through which the Tenant has rights in terms of this Lease to lay Conducting Media serving the Development the proposed location of which route for the cable runs is indicatively shown by a purple line on the Plan but it may be in any other location as may be agreed in terms of Clause 2 and Clause 3.1.

  • Cable System or “System” means a facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, reception, and control equipment that is designed to provide Cable Service which includes Video Programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within a community, but such term does not include:

  • Load Signalling Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple injection plant) for the purpose of sending control signals to Load Control Equipment;
