Cable Passings definition
Cable Passings means the number of dwelling units which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (other than Residentclub and, in the case of U.S.-Austin, 50% of such dwelling units) has the opportunity to provide cable television services pursuant to the ▇▇▇ Agreements whether or not all such dwelling units subscribe to such cable television services.
