CABLE INTERNET means any arrangements put in place between, inter alia, members of the TCN Group and others for the development and provision of internet services via the Cable Systems; "CABLE SYSTEMS" means the telecommunications and television systems constructed or to be constructed in the areas covered by the Licences and includes any part of any such system and all modifications, substitutions, replacements, renewals and extensions made to such systems;
