Cable Contract definition

Cable Contract means that certain contract captioned “AT&T Connected Communities MDU Exclusive Marketing Contract”, between Seller and AT&T Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Cable Contract means a fully executed, binding and valid contract entered into by Private Cable whereby Private Cable has maintained its ownership in the Collateral used in connection with such Contract and pursuant to which Private Cable installs wiring and/or equipment and units used in connection with the provision of cable television services by Private Cable.
