Cable Communications Service definition
Cable Communications Service means the business, in whole or in part, of receiving over the air and amplifying or otherwise modifying the signals transmitting programs broadcast by various types of transmission, and redistributing such signals by cable or other means to members of the public located in the Township of Caledonia who pay for such service.
Cable Communications Service means the provision of television reception, communications and/or entertainment services distributed over a Cable Communications System. This definition shall not include telecommunications services regulated pursuant to federal and state law as may be amended from time to time.
Cable Communications Service means the provision of television reception, communications and/ or entertainment services and distributing the same over a Cable Communications System. This definition shall not include telephone services regulated pursuant to applicable law and as may be amended from time to time.
More Definitions of Cable Communications Service
Cable Communications Service means the provision of television reception, communications, and entertainment services regulated pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 238 or as otherwise provided by this Franchise Ordinance, and
Cable Communications Service means the two-way transmission of video or other programming service to subscribers and any subscriber interaction, if any, required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service delivered via the Cable System as defined herein. “Cable Service” shall be synonymous with this definition.

Cable Communications Service means the business, in whole or in part, of receiving, directly or indirectly, over the air, and amplifying or otherwise modifying, signals, transmitting programs broadcast by one or more signals, sound signals, pictures, visual images, digital signals, telemetry or any other type of closed circuit transmission by means of electrical or light impulses, whether or not directed to originating signals or receiving signals off the air, and redistributing such signals by wire, cable or other means to members of the public located in the City who pay for such service.
Cable Communications Service or “Cable Service” means: the one-way transmission to Subscribers of (i) video programming, or (ii) other programming service, and Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
