Cable Channel definition

Cable Channel or “Channel” means a portion of the electromagnetic frequency spectrum which is used in a cable system and which is capable of delivering a television channel (as television channel is defined by the Commission by regulation).
Cable Channel means a frequency band capable of carrying at least one (1) standard color video signal; but the use of a channel is not limited to carrying a video signal.

Cable Channel means a portion of the electromagnetic frequency spectrum which is used in a cable system and which is capable of delivering a television channel, as a television channel is defined by the Federal Communications Commission by regulation.
