CA-WARN Act definition
CA-WARN Act the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (“COBRA”) and all other liabilities and obligations to pay severance, termination pay, redundancy pay, pay in lieu of notice, accrued vacation pay, incentive bonus pay related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or other benefits to any current or former employee of Seller whose employment is terminated upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement;
CA-WARN Act has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h).
