Customer will utilize the CA Support website, or other site or notification mechanism as CA may designate from time to time, to notify CA of SaaS availability issues, request other in-scope technical support assistance, or for Customer's to provide feedback or approvals on requests as applicable.
Any conflict or inconsistency among or between the terms and conditions of the documents comprising this Agreement shall be resolved according to the following order of precedence, from the document with the greatest control to the least: (1) the Order Forms; (2) the SPD for the relevant CA Software or Maintenance (which shall include the CA Support Policy and Terms); (3) the MA; then (4) the Documentation for the relevant CA Software.
