  • You agree to pay the fees for CA Software, Maintenance and/or CA Services specified on the Order Form or such other ordering document as otherwise agreed between You and CA.

  • The maximum number of User Identities and Certificate Licenses for licensing and distribution by Customer for CA Services is limited to those acquired by Customer under this Agreement for such use.
