CA Percentage definition

CA Percentage means 50 percent, which represents the percent of the Outstanding Shares owned, directly or indirectly, by CA.
CA Percentage means, at any time, with respect to any Restricted Collateral, the portion, expressed as a percentage, that the amount of outstanding CA Secured Obligations represents of the sum of the aggregate amount of all outstanding XCFI Secured Obligations and CA Secured Obligations at such time.
CA Percentage means, at any time, (a) with respect to any Shared Collateral that includes both ESOP Restricted Collateral and XCFI Restricted Collateral, the portion, expressed as a percentage, that the amount of outstanding CA Secured Obligations represents of the aggregate amount of all outstanding Secured Obligations at such time, (b) with respect to any ESOP Restricted Collateral that is not XCFI Restricted Collateral, the portion, expressed as a percentage, that the amount of outstanding CA Secured Obligations represents of the sum of the aggregate amount of all outstanding ESOP Secured Obligations and CA Secured Obligations at such time and (c) with respect to any XCFI Restricted Collateral that is not ESOP Restricted Collateral, the portion, expressed as a percentage, that the amount of outstanding CA Secured Obligations represents of the sum of the aggregate amount of all outstanding XCFI Secured Obligations and CA Secured Obligations at such time.
