CA Approval definition
CA Approval shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.4(a).
CA Approval means the PSCW order approving the certificate of authority with respect to the Lease of the Leased Facility by MGE.
CA Approval means, with respect to a Royalty-Bearing Product, approval from the Department of Health Canada to market or sell any such Royalty-Bearing Product in Canada; provided that no such payment will be due if Buyer has paid thirty million Dollars ($30,000,000) pursuant to the following (ii) or (iii) this Section 1.6(c), individually or in combination;
