  • If we decide, for any reason, that we will not extend this Agreement to apply to that supply address, we will notify you within 2 Business Days for an electricity request and within 24 hours for a natural gas request that your request is denied after we have received the Request Form or CA Application.

  • Unless you receive notification, the Request Form or CA Application is taken to be accepted by us 2 Business Days after our receipt of the Request Form or CA Application for electricity and 24 hours after our receipt of the Request Form or CA Application for natural gas.
