C2P Clauses definition
C2P Clauses means standard contractual clauses for the transfer of European Personal Data to Processors established in third countries that are recognised by the Applicable Privacy Law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (in each case with any optional clauses as chosen by CPA Australia), the approved version in force, as at the Effective Date, is that set out in module 2 (Controller to Processor) standard contractual clauses of the European Commission's Decision 2021/914 dated 4 June 2021 (available online at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data- protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc/standard-contractual-clauses- international-transfers_en), as such standard contractual clauses may be amended or superseded by the European Commission or as applicable by the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office from time to time.
