C Shareholders definition

C Shareholders means either holders of Managed Income C Shares or holders of Managed Growth C Shares as the case may be;
C Shareholders means the persons registered from time to time as the holder(s) of ‘C’ Shares;
C Shareholders means those persons detailed in part 3 schedule 1 being holders of C ordinary shares of $0.016281 in the capital of the Company (each a “C Shareholder”);
