The provisions of this Section shall be applicable to and included in each CP subcontract and CP-MO Agreement.
Notwithstanding these limitations, CP may retain, use and re-disclose PHI in accordance with Applicable Law, the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the CP-MO Agreement, and the CP’s record retention policies and procedures.

For the purposes of this Annex, and in respect of the CPMO Special Account and Categories (1), (2) (3), (4) and (6) as set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of this Schedule 1, the term “Authorized Allocation” means the amount of $5,000,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the CPMO Special Account pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Annex.
