C Fees definition

C Fees means non-recurring corporate finance, consulting or investment banking fees earned by the Company.

Examples of C Fees in a sentence

  • Cost of living adjustments (“COLA”) shall be as provided in Exhibit C (Fees and Resource Baseline).

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Gap shall pay Supplier the fees and charges as set forth in Exhibit C (Fees and Resource Baselines) for the Services.

  • For all Non-Service Catalog Items, Gap Approval will be pursuant to an Approved Statement of Work and Gap shall pay Supplier the Gap Approved amounts set forth in the Statement of Work at the rates specified in Exhibit C (Fees and Resource Baselines).

  • As compensation for the Services performed pursuant to this Agreement, including all expenses, the Town shall pay the Consultant its fees and expenses as set forth at Exhibit C, not to exceed the maximum amount set forth at Exhibit C ("Fees and Expenses").

  • This rate will be in addition to hourly rate as set forth in Attachment C- Fees and Compensation.

  • Compensation for services rendered shall be based on the schedule set forth in ATTACHMENT C, Fees and Expenses.

  • On the Closing Date, the Buyers shall pay Supplier in advance the sum of: (i) Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($14,200,000) for Schedule A Services, (ii) the Schedule C Fees for one month, (iii) the Schedule D Fixed Monthly Service Fees for one month (iv) Third-Party Vendor Costs, if any covering the Schedule C Services and Schedule D Services to be provided during the first month after Closing plus, (v) any Taxes arising from or relating to such payments.

Related to C Fees

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority at the following link: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/i-am- supplier/management-information/admin-fees;
