Byline definition

Byline means Byline Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Byline. An Employee's byline or credit line shall not be used over the Employee's written protest. A significant change in an Employee's byline copy shall be brought to the Employee's attention before publication whenever practicable. If a question arises as to the accuracy of printed material, no correction or retraction of that material shall be printed without prior consultation with the Employee whenever practicable. An Employee whose work or person is mentioned in a letter to the editor shall be informed, when practicable, before it is published, and if the letter criticizes the Employee personally, the Employee shall have the right to respond on the same page. The content of the response will be subject to the approval of the editor.
Byline means authorship. For us, it means putting our name behind everything we do and working hard to help you, our customers, write your own story.

Examples of Byline in a sentence

  • Upon the vesting of the Restricted Shares in accordance with this Award Agreement, Byline will instruct the transfer agent to electronically transfer the Grantee’s Shares to a brokerage or other account on the Grantee’s behalf (or make such other arrangements for the delivery of the Shares as Byline reasonably determines).

  • Except as expressly provided herein, in the event that any provision of this Award Agreement is inconsistent with any employment agreement between the Grantee and Byline (“Employment Agreement”), the terms of the Employment Agreement will control.
