Bylaw Committee definition

Bylaw Committee means the committee having the purpose and consisting of the individuals set out at Bylaw 12.13;

Examples of Bylaw Committee in a sentence

  • During the Bylaw Committee review, the sponsoring member will be offered the opportunity to discuss their proposed bylaw with the Bboard and/or Bbylaw Ccommittee.

  • A properly submitted bylaw amendment proposal shall be presented by the Secretary of the Association to the Bylaw Committee for review and comment.

  • It shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to appoint a standing Bylaw Committee which shall consist of five (5) to seven (7) members.

  • This Agreement will be reviewed by the CPF National Bylaw Committee every two years.
