Bylaw Committee definition
Bylaw Committee means the committee having the purpose and consisting of the individuals set out at Bylaw 12.13;
Bylaw Committee means the Bylaw Committee appointed as such by Council,

During the Bylaw Committee review, the sponsoring member will be offered the opportunity to discuss their proposed bylaw with the Bboard and/or Bbylaw Ccommittee.
A properly submitted bylaw amendment proposal shall be presented by the Secretary of the Association to the Bylaw Committee for review and comment.
It shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to appoint a standing Bylaw Committee which shall consist of five (5) to seven (7) members.
This Agreement will be reviewed by the CPF National Bylaw Committee every two years.
