By Others definition
By Others means Work to be furnished by CLE, by Contractors or sub-contractors other than Contractor to whom this Contract is awarded, or by this Contractor under another Contract Agreement.
By Others means services, material, apparatus or any other part of the “equipment” provided or installed under the main contract by other parties (not the Lift-Contractor) and not considered to be a direct component of the Lift-Contractor’s scope of work.
By Others means the work to be done by the Owner or by Contractors other than the Contractor to whom this Contract is awarded or by the same Contractor, but under Variation Order or another Contract Agreement.
