B&W Payment definition

B&W Payment means any payment made by the Trustee in respect of any B&W Shortfall.

  • If, as of any Calculation Date, the B&W Shortfall has not been cured by the payment of the B&W Shortfall to B&W, the Trustee shall make a B&W Payment to B&W on the related Payment Date in the amount of such shortfall, provided that, if the Trustee has not received written notice, at least two Business Days prior to any Payment Date, of the existence and amount of a B&W Shortfall, no B&W Payment shall be made.
