Buyer Specification definition

Buyer Specification the details (if any) set out by the Buyer in the Invoice and/or Order Acknowledgment.
Buyer Specification means the performance specification, specification control documentation, interface control document, schematics, definition, configuration, and certification data, and all IP Rights therein, used or intended to be used by Buyer (i) to establish and define (1) requirements for the Integrated System and associated processes, service level, system specification, certification, and configuration; and (2) architecture descriptions for the Integrated System and associated processes, service, and system; and (ii) to procure and certify Integrated System or similar products and to assure integration of the Integrated System or similar product with a Buyer product or other systems and equipment included in a Buyer product.
Buyer Specification means a document of that name prepared by the Supplier in relation to G-Cloud Services and which sets out the technical specification of those G-Cloud Services and any roll-out or installation timetable; if there is a Buyer Specification it will be referred to in the Order Form.

  • The supplier shall also ensure all standards set out in the Buyer Specification of Requirement (Annex A) are fully met.

  • Seller shall have the obligation to accept and implement any Buyer Specification Change unless in its reasonable judgment, after reasonable consultation with Buyer, Seller determines that such Buyer Specification Change is not technically feasible.

  • Distributors who supply goods to be applied to a government contract or subcontract shall maintain a quality program which meets the requirements of Buyer Specification 729476 (Distributor Quality Requirements) in lieu of 24(a) and 24(b), above.

  • Requirements The supplier shall comply with the security standards set out in the Buyer Specification of Requirement (Annex A) are fully met.

  • Seller shall evaluate such Buyer Specification Change promptly after Seller’s receipt thereof.
