Buyer Personal Data definition
Buyer Personal Data means Personal Data that either:
Buyer Personal Data means Buyer Data that is Personal Data.
Buyer Personal Data means Personal Data received by Honeywell from or on behalf of Buyer in connection with Honeywell’s performance of its obligations under the Order as more particularly described in this Agreement.

In Attachment 1 to this Annex 4 Appendix B, the parties have set out their understanding of the Buyer Personal Data to be Processed by the Seller pursuant to this Annex 4 Appendix B, as required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR.
In respect of (i), all such Buyer Personal Data will remain within the Buyer estate and the Buyer will remain responsible for all data handling controls.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer will own Buyer Data and Buyer Personal Data.
More Definitions of Buyer Personal Data
Buyer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by the Seller (i) on behalf of or in relation to the Buyer; or (ii) on behalf of or in relation to any prospective, current or former client or employee or independent contractor of the Buyer, in each case pursuant to or in connection with the Contract and irrespective of whether the Seller Processes such Personal Data as a Controller or Processor.
Buyer Personal Data means the information, in any form, that is provided to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Buyer that alone, or in combination with other information:
Buyer Personal Data means any personal data provided by the Buyer to the Supplier in connection with the Services.
Buyer Personal Data means the information, in any form, that is provided to Supplier by or on behalf of the Buyer that alone, or in combination with other information: (a) is considered personal data or personal identifiable information under the applicable data privacy laws; or (b) identifies or could be reasonably used to identify an individual data subject, including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers or any other personally identifiable information.
Buyer Personal Data means any personal data or information entered by the Buyer and/or Authorised Users into the OBH Solution(s) or provided to OBH by the Buyer or Authorised Users for use with the Services excluding Derived Data. The parties agree that, in respect of any Buyer Personal Data that is provided by the Buyer to OBH, for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, the Buyer is the controller, and OBH is the processor of such Buyer Personal Data.
Buyer Personal Data means any information provided or made available by Buyer or Customer that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and any other data or information that constitutes personal data or personal information under any applicable law.
