Buyer Articles definition

Buyer Articles has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).
Buyer Articles means the certificate and articles of continuance of Xxxxx dated November 5, 2020.

Related to Buyer Articles

  • Company Articles means the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
