Buver definition

Buver means Blue Ridge Real Estate Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, and/or its assignee “Closing" means the date or dates specified in Section 4.

  • WA means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • HOD means the Head of the concerned Department;

  • Landing means the level portion of a stairs located between flights of stairs or located at the top and foot of a stairs.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
