In no event shall OGS be required to pay the Bust-Up Fee on more than one occasion.
In the event of any such termination, this Agreement will become void and of no further force and effect and no party hereto will have any liability to any other party hereunder, except with respect to liabilities and obligations that expressly survive the termination of this Agreement and the Bust-Up Fee and other remedies provided for in Section 7.1(c) hereof.
In no event shall FAHC be required to pay the Bust-Up Fee on more than one occasion.
