  • Materials shall include, without limitation, the Futurestep home page for the Business Web Site, public announcements, press releases, advertising, and marketing and promotional materials (whether in print, electronic or other form or media).

  • For purposes of this Section 5.8, "Aerospace Business Web Site" shall mean the site operated by Buyer on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet at "▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" or such other address as Buyer may designate upon notice to Seller.
