business register means the register we maintain of the contact details of Clients introduced to us by you or, if applicable, an Authorised Adviser and those persons in respect of whom commission and servicing rights have been transferred to us in respect of you or, if applicable, an Authorised Adviser, during the term of this Agreement. Contact details of a Client include the name, address and telephone numbers of the Client.
