Business Platform definition

Business Platform means any facility, equipment, application, software or platform, acceptable to us, that you use to provide goods and/or services to your customers or collect funds from or make refunds to your payors using the DBS MAX QR Code, which shall be deemed to be a System.
Business Platform means any website, smart phone application or other digital portal engaging in sales or providing access to the NASCAR Games to Players, including without limitation Xbox, PlayStation and Switch and all other domain names, web addresses and websites used by Assignor in the Business.

Business Platform means the relevant websites, mobile device clients and other network business platforms which are operated by Party B and its affiliated companies and through which Party A, as the Lender, releases the designated-purpose loans to the Borrower under specific consumption scenarios defined by the Business Platform, including Xxxxx car financing, car loan management and other APP applications, websites or software clients. If there is a need to add a new Business Platform, the parties hereto can, upon agreement reached through consultation, confirm such Business Platform by email through the contact e-mails written above.
Business Platform means the LITT Business Platform, pursuant to which Advertisers can (amongst other things) submit Proposed Advertisements and request to have the Company host Advertisements on the Platform.
