Business Performance Factor definition

Business Performance Factor means that factor, attributable to the Company’s achievement of one or more Performance Goals, which may be used to calculate a Participant’s Award.
Business Performance Factor means a percentage (determined in accordance with the formula(s) established by the Plan Administrator pursuant to Section 3.3) used to adjust payouts under the Plan up or down based on the performance of the Company or a Business Unit.
Business Performance Factor means the percent achievement of the financial Target, the numerator of which is the Actual financial target achieved and the denominator of which is the Target financial metric.
