Business Needs Document definition

Business Needs Document or “BND” means a written document prepared by Contractor and reviewed and approved in writing by CPW, describing a CPW business need that cannot be met by Contractor configuring Aspira One and thus requires development and testing of Aspira One software modifications by Contractor, and user acceptance testing, and formal acceptance of the Aspira One software modifications by CPW. The BND is intended to furnish sufficient guidance to Contractor with respect to the nature and extent of the business need to permit Contractor to identify and implement appropriate changes to the Aspira One product to support the business need.

  • Environmental Agreement means the Environmental Indemnification and Release Agreement of even date herewith by and between Borrower and Lender pertaining to the Property, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated or otherwise modified.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Premarital agreement means an agreement between prospective spouses made in contemplation of marriage and to be effective upon marriage.

  • Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.

  • international agreement means the Multilateral Convention for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, any bilateral or multilateral Tax Convention, or any Tax Information Exchange Agreement to which the Member State is a party, and that by its terms provides legal authority for the exchange of tax information between jurisdictions, including automatic exchange of such information.
