Business Head definition

Business Head means the person specified in paragraph 3.1 of this Schedule;
Business Head means a person who is entrusted with the overall management of any department within the Company by whatever name called.

  • During the Term, Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President - Business Head, Passive Components of Vishay, or any other position which will be agreed by the parties, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Vishay or such other individual as may be designated by the Chief Executive Officer of Vishay from time to time.

  • The Business Head shall be an employee of RBS NV working within the ID&JG Business.

  • Periodical statements of labour employed by the Contractor shall be submitted as per statute and in the proforma prescribed by the Business Head /or his authorised representative.

  • Such agent shall not be changed (unless required by the Business Head) and shall not leave the site during the duration of the Contract unless the consent of the Business Head /his authorized representative shall have been previously obtained.
