Business Ethics definition

Business Ethics means standard or criteria prescribed to consider as to whether actions or behaviors of company or individuals in company are good, correct or appropriate;
Business Ethics means reference for the Company in conducting business activities including in interacting with stakeholders.
Business Ethics means those moral norms (rules) that apply to business relationships; includes principles and standards, spontaneously created or set, based on moral virtue and professional good, governing the behavior of persons referred to in Article 4. of this Code.
