Business End User definition

Business End User refers to the Small Business entity that is the licensee under an ARTERA Business License and not to the individual users within that business entity.
Business End User. A third party who is either a business entity, charity, association, public body or other legal entity (each being referred to as an “Entity”) to whom the Reseller provides access to the Software or Service pursuant to this Agreement (but for the avoidance of doubt, excludes the customers and third parties of the respective Entity).
