Bus Fleet definition

Bus Fleet means any bus or coach vehicle provided by Simcocks ’Bus Services. to the Customer as specified in the Booking;

Examples of Bus Fleet in a sentence

  • All Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles are and shall remain throughout the Term of this Agreement, owned by, titled to, and registered to Tempe.

  • RPTA shall not transfer, lease, or otherwise dispose of the Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles during the term of this Agreement without the written approval of Tempe.

  • In the event that RPTA is in breach or default of this Agreement, Tempe may, at its election, take possession of some of all of the Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles without prejudice to any other remedies both parties may have under any agreement or at law or equity.

  • RPTA shall maintain and repair all Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other Applicable Laws.

  • RPTA shall keep Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles clear of all liens, encumbrances and/or clouds on Tempe’s title to the vehicles.

  • This Agreement is made on the express condition that the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for or suffer loss by reason of injury to person or property, from whatever cause in any way connected with the use, condition or operation of the Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles.

  • RPTA shall prepare or cause to be prepared and keep Tempe Bus Fleet vehicle files by vehicle number documenting all vehicle maintenance including, without limitation, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, inspections, parts usage and accident repairs.

  • RPTA shall be solely responsible for and indemnify Tempe against any and all loss associated with the theft or destruction of the Tempe Bus Fleet vehicles or the rendering of the vehicles unsuitable for use, as determined by Tempe, due to fire, riot, insurrection, act of God, accident or theft.

  • RPTA shall use or cause the Tempe Bus Fleet, which includes all systems contained on the vehicles, to be used only for transporting passengers and provide or cause to be provided related service of the fleet as set forth in the RPTA/City of Tempe Fixed Route Bus Operations and Maintenance Service Unification, Contract No. 1210018-S.

  • The Director of Education or designate will approve a spare drivers' list from which the Bus Fleet Supervisor will select an alternative driver in the event that the regular driver is unable to perform his duties.

Related to Bus Fleet

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
