Bus Drop-off definition
Bus Drop-off means the stopping or standing of any bus within the City for the purpose of dropping off ten or more passengers where the final destination point for said passengers is the City, and as such the passengers will not re-board the bus or immediately board the train or use other means to transfer to a destination that already has provisions for care in place, and which said bus is not providing regularly scheduled service.
